Open Calls for Applications

Thriving Communities Fund: Applications for this fund will open Monday, April 15, 2024. This fund will support non-profit organizations with a mandate, and/or demonstrated efforts, to prevent or reduce poverty, by investing in operational and/or capacity building activities that strengthen their ability to deliver key programs and services to residents and contribute to a thriving region. Applications close, Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 12 p.m. EST.

The application process has two steps. Organizations must complete the Organizational Assessment and receive notification of approval from the Region before they will be able to access the full funding application. This can take up to 2-3 days business days. Please ensure you leave time during open call for applications to compete both steps.
